The true turning point came when the founders looked closely at the travel and hospitality sector, an industry heavily reliant on logistics, bookings, client communication, and razor-thin margins. They realized that travel agencies and similar service-based businesses were operating on fragmented, legacy systems. Employees were spending hours copy-pasting data, manually confirming bookings, and managing workflows that a smart system could handle in milliseconds.

Recognizing this massive gap, the founders pivoted. They shifted their focus from general web development to building robust, specialized automation systems tailored for travel agencies and operationally intensive businesses. Irnofic was officially born.
