By accessing or using the Irnofic Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Irnofic Technologies provides custom AI automation systems, bespoke web development services, conversational chatbot engines, database integrations, and related engineering services.

3. Intellectual Property

All project deliverables, including source code, database architectures, and custom workflows, are the intellectual property of Irnofic Technologies until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified in our service agreements.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely credentials and details required for integration setup
• Review project deliverables and provide validation within agreed timelines
• Make project milestone payments as per the signed execution schedule
• Ensure all system usage complies with local regulations and third-party API terms

5. Limitation of Liability

Irnofic Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including API platform bans or database downtime) arising from the use of our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service milestone giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
