Strict No-Refund Policy
At Irnofic, we build high-performance business engines, deploy live infrastructure, and dedicate intensive engineering resources to your projects. Because of the nature of digital asset delivery, server allocation, and third-party API costs, Irnofic operates under a strict NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS policy.
This policy governs the cancellation and refund rules for all custom automation systems, multi-tenant dashboards, and custom software development services provided by Irnofic Technologies.
01. Custom AI Automation & Agency Services
- All Sales Are Final: Payments made for bespoke AI workflows, custom web development, and dedicated agent development projects are completely non-refundable.
- Resource Allocation: Once a project kicks off, engineering hours, architectural design, and consulting time are immediately locked in.
- Milestone Payments: Every milestone payment represents work fully rendered and delivered. If you choose to terminate a project mid-way, you will not be billed for future uninitiated milestones, but no past payments will be refunded.
02. API Usage & Operational Costs
- Live Compute Infrastructure: Autonomous systems rely on third-party LLM tokens (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini), automated scraping infrastructure, and webhook routing pipelines.
- Immediate Consumption: Fees allocated toward third-party API processing, live execution credits, and token pools are consumed instantly by infrastructure providers. These operational costs are 100% non-refundable under any circumstance.
How to Pause or Halt a Project
While past milestone fees are completely non-refundable, you have full control over stopping future charges:
- Project Halts: To pause or stop an ongoing custom development contract, notify your project lead in writing to halt future milestone scheduling.
- Notification Time: Written cancellation notices must be sent at least 5 business days before the scheduled initiation of the next project milestone.
